Return Policy
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fees. We do not sell final-sale items.
Tip: If you checked out as a guest, enter the same email to receive a one-time sign-in code.
How it works
- Sign in to your account with your order email.
- Select the order and choose the items to return or exchange.
- Download the prepaid label and drop the package at the carrier.
- Track your return status in your account.
Exchanges
Choose Exchange in the portal. We ship your replacement as soon as the carrier scans your return.
Refunds
We issue refunds to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after the return is delivered and checked in. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post the credit.
Missing refund after 10 business days from our confirmation Check your statement, then contact your card provider. If you still need help, email connect@bohemiaskin.com.
Damaged or wrong item
Open a request in the portal within 7 days of delivery and choose Report an issue. Upload a photo so we can make it right fast.
International returns
We ship worldwide. Start returns in the same portal. Some countries may collect duties or taxes that are not refundable.
Packing your return
Use the original box or a secure alternative. Include all caps, pumps, and accessories. Return sets can be sent back in full or item by item.
